Newness from The Princess and the Frog

The Princess and the Frog is almost here and I, for one, couldn't be more excited. I've even gotten over my disappointment with the fact that Princess Tiana's knight in shining armor isn't Black. Sigh. Oh, well. Maybe next time. Right? I won't hold my breath. Anywho, the powers that be have just released the new "pop" theme song to the movie. It's called "Never Knew I Needed" and its sung by Ne-Yo. I'm not a huge fan but the song is nice. However, nothing will ever touch Christina Aguilera's "Reflection" from Mulan. Boy, that was my jam.

Mulan was the best! Like really, one of my favorites if not my favorite Disney movie. But nice post, and thank you for not ranting about the cultural and racial implications of the movie (not that it isn't somewhat sort of maybe important but enough people are already doing it). I haven't heard the neyo song for it! I'm going to go listen right now!
